At this point you must decide whether to use our Streamlined Service Option or our Full Service Option. Once again, if you are confident that you have all of the correct information to request your expungement, select the Streamlined Option. We will use all of the information you provide to file your expungement papers. If you are uncertain that you have all of the necessary information to proceed, select the Full Service option, and fill in as much information as you know. We will research your record and provide the rest of the required information.
