TERMS and CONDITIONS:
I am requesting that you assist me in obtaining an expungement of my court records. I understand that you will assist me with the filing of the necessary motions or forms. I understand that the State may take a position in opposition to my request for expungement and/or pardon and that the Court has the final decision in granting or denying my request. Should my request(s) be granted, an Order will be entered by the Court directing the law enforcement agencies that I have identified to destroy any and all records related to my arrest. In rare cases the law enforcement agencies may fail to follow the Court's order. It has been our experience that the records which are the subject of an expungement order are promptly destroyed when this is brought to their attention. I understand that you cannot promise me a specific result in advance, nor can you warrant that all arrest records are expunged. I also understand and agree that all legal fees paid are non-refundable engagement fees and that work will be immediately begun on my behalf.
