Application Instructions and Information

These instructions are divided into three major sections: (1)general information on service and payment options, (2) information on properly filling out the application form, and (3) a guide to the online application process. We suggest that you thoroughly read and print this page for reference during the application process.

Service Options

We offer two different levels of service to assist you in your expungement process.

If you are confident that you have all the the information required to fill out our application, you can choose our streamlined service. With the streamlined service we will check your online application information for completion and will file your motion for expungement with the court listed on your application. We do not, however, check with the court to ensure your information is correct before filing filing for expungement. The price of this service is $299.00.

Our second level of service adds value by requesting your arrest records from the appropriate authorities, then filing your motions based on the information contained in these records. This service gives you an increased probability that your filing information will be correct, because our attorneys will will review your application and compare it with the court records before filing your expungement motion. For this service we charge $399.00.

Payment Options

We offer three different ways to pay for our services. If you would like to pay online at the time of your application process, we partner with PayPal™ to let you use your credit card to pay for our services. If you prefer to use a credit card, but would rather call us with that information, you can contact us at 410-975-9401. If you would like to pay with a check or money order, you can mail them to our offices.

Filling Out the Form

While the form is not difficult to fill out, you must give us the correct information in order for the courts to process your expungement request. Any errors may cause a delay or denial of your request.

The Personal Information portion of the form is self-explanatory, but once again, please be certain to give us all the the contact information possible. We may need to contact you to clarify some items on your application.

The Court Charges Information portion of the form is more complex. If you choose to use our streamlined service option, you must fill out this form completely. Any areas in the form that are not completed will not allow us to process your expungement request.

If you would like to use our full service option, fill in as much information as you can regarding your court case. We will check the court records and complete the expungement motion based on a combination of the information you provide and the court records we receive.

The Application Process

After you have collected the information regarding your court case, you can proceed with the application process. The following list walks you through the online process.
